With a focus on intuitive navigation and accessibility, the new design enhances both the user experience and overall efficiency.

I identified issues with the existing website and redesigned it to balance the needs of both family visitors and office workers, enhancing Yo! Sushi’s brand identity and user experience.
Yo! Sushi offers affordable yet Good-quality sushi in a fun and welcoming atmosphere, appealing primarily to families.
Morning: Fast turnover with office workers.
Evening: A relaxed, cozy ambiance for friends, couples, and families.
Interior: A lively mix of Japanese and American design, featuring vibrant colors and sushi images to create a friendly vibe.
Brand Goals
Yo! Sushi emphasizes the following key elements to achieve its brand goals:
Fast-food Style: Maintaining affordable prices and good quality while ensuring fast turnover for quick service. This reflects the brand’s value of Reasonable.
Family-Friendly and Comfortable Space: Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers of all ages can visit comfortably. This aligns with the brand’s value of Warmth.
Target Audience Expansion: Ensuring the design remains family-friendly and warm, while also appealing to office workers through a neutral design. This embodies the brand’s value of Connection.
Issues with the Existing Website

Location Confusion
With multiple locations, customers often struggle to find the correct store and make ordering mistakes.

Lack of Brand Consistency
The design of the menu, restaurant interior, and website lacked cohesion, weakening the brand identity.

Poor Connection with Target Audience
The design was too focused on children, making it harder to connect with office workers.

Main page
The left shows the original Yo Sushi homepage, while the right is my redesign. The original featured cute illustrations and went straight to the menu, whereas the redesign emphasizes location selection to prevent users from choosing the wrong branch.

The menu on the right is the original version. In the redesigned menu, I incorporated a price list to eliminate the inconvenience of customers having to call for price inquiries. Additionally, I placed categories like appetizers at the top, so suctomers no longer need to scroll to the bottom to view other items.
